Architectural classifications are much more precise, however since there are so so many, they are not offer as a search style on MLS services. MLS, multiple listing service, is a home availble listing that is available to member Realtors, this allow easier access to the entiral market.

Tudor Revivals are modern day interpretations of Medieval cottages. Ah there is a difference between Tudor homes and Medieval houses. Tudor constructions indicates a period of history where people began to feel safer, thus the buildings were not as well fortified. This meant the windows and doors were facing the public instead of the court yard.
